Shawn Boutot, Founder and CEO

Shawn Boutot

Shawn is a graduate from the University of Maine with a BS degree in Sociology. Shawn Boutot served as a Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) through May 2014. Duties included investigating money laundering, commercial fraud, narcotic smuggling, worksite enforcement, child pornography as well as covert and overt cyber intellectual property rights. Shawn is a graduate of the elite Federal Law Enforcement Academy in Brunswick, Georgia.

Shawn was assigned to the United Nations General Assembly in New York City in 2009 and 2012, where he assisted the Secret Service with Presidential and Diplomatic Protection. In 2009, Shawn was one of the lead ICE agents responsible for investigating an active shooter event at a civic center in Binghamton, NY where 13 people were killed and 4 wounded.

With his knowledge and training, Shawn's vision was to develop a professional threat mitigation consulting firm, which would serve and protect clients by taking a proactive rather than reactive approach. Shawn has deep relationships within law enforcement and military communities nationally as well as internationally. This gives him the unique ability to engage threat mitigation and security experts throughout the U.S. and the globe as valued resources and consultants for Alaris TMC.

Chris Bridges, Vice President

Chris Bridges

Chris Bridges earned his BA degree from the University of Tennessee and his master’s degree in Christian Education from Southern Seminary. Chris worked in educational ministry for close to 20 years, leading large ministries of volunteers and staff. In addition to his commitment to the church, Chris has always been an entrepreneur at heart, owning and managing multiple successful businesses during his career. Chris also has experience in project management, creative concept design, and logistics. He enjoys working with and helping people, such as training and cultivating leadership.

Scott Clark, Vice President

Scott Clark

Scott Clark earned his BA degree from the University of Maryland and has enjoyed a successful career in sports media. Scott started his career in media relations and player personnel for the Washington Wizards of the NBA, which eventually led to him to becoming a NCAA Division I Sports Information Director. Scott has also worked as a TV analyst for Fox Sports, ESPN and NFL Network, as well as NFL Radio. He is still involved in TV production for Fox Sports and is the owner and founder of the Clark Combs Group, an advertising agency in Tampa, Fla. Scott has produced many successful advertising campaigns and TV commercials.

Todd Thomas, Vice President

Todd Thomas

Todd Thomas earned his BA degree from the University of South Florida and has spent the majority of his 25-year career in the Human Capital Management and Staffing Industries. As a corporate executive, Todd has managed partnership relationships with companies such as Coca Cola, Dell, Jabil, and Valpak. He has also managed OSHA Compliant Safety Programs. As a Regional Manager over the state of Florida for a large, $2 billion staffing firm, Todd was twice awarded Risk Management Region of the Year, based on his region’s safety of compliance record.

David Johnston, Director of Cyber Security 

David Johnston

A former senior commander at Scotland Yard, David has extensive experience of crisis management and the management of complex and sensitive investigations. As the lead for Economic Crime at Scotland Yard, David provided strong leadership and strategic advice to governments and large financial institutions to manage the implementation and understanding of AML policy and compliance. David is a seasoned senior leader with considerable experience in national security and public private sector negotiating and capability building transnationally.

In addition, David was a senior leader in GCHQ, the British equivalency of the United States NSA. He developed cross agency teams to provide technical operational services and policy advice on countering terrorism, interception of communications, and national security operations across the intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the UK.

In 2008 David was awarded the Queens Police Medal by Her Majesty the Queen for outstanding contributions to UK policing and National Security. David holds a master’s degree in public administration, a post graduate diploma in criminology from Cambridge University and an HND in electrical engineering. Most recently, David has been occupied in setting up cyber and technology start-ups in the UK, building effective teams and developing marketing and sales strategies to increase market share and global recognition.

David Grootwassink, Chief Technology Officer

David has over 30 years of technical experience in the mobile technologies and standards industry. He is an expert in mobile roaming services, messaging services, and signaling. David has held key technical positions at VeriSign, Illuminet, BellSouth International, and GTE Data Services. Additionally, David worked as a USAF Air Warfare Center Signal Intelligence Officer, where he led a team of professionals to analyze and interpret intelligence information to extract useful electronic warfare data.
